Shipping Policy

Optika Minas cooperates with the courier company ELTA Courier with the main objective of providing quality services at competitive prices and the best, most efficient and fastest service to each customer.

Note: If you wish the product to be sent to a different address than the one you entered on your personal details, you have the option to indicate a different recipient address in the order registration system.

• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed in the system on Friday from 5.00 pm onwards will go through the approval, preparation, and dispatch stage on Monday.
• Delayed order: If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you, within a reasonable amount of time, via email and/or phone to inform you of the reasons for the delay and the expected shipping time. In this case you will be able (if you feel that this period does not satisfy you) to request the change of the order to another item or even the cancellation of your order and refund of your money.
